Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer/Architect who can provide strategic technical direction, hands-on development, and lead the delivery of robust Siebel IT solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions tailored to evolving business needs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide programming teams with technical planning, architectural vision, and mentorship.
  • Design and implement Siebel CRM solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Deliver advanced configurations for Siebel Loyalty Programs, Promotions, Loyalty Points, Guest Benefits, and Field Services modules.
  • Develop using Siebel Tools, Web Tools, Siebel Scripting, Workflows, EAI, Web Services, and REST APIs.
  • Support Siebel upgrades and Open UI customizations using jQuery, Java plugins, HTML5, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • Ensure all solutions align with standards for security, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and usability.
  • Utilize Siebel Workspace and Integration Workspace effectively in development workflows.
  • Conduct design and code reviews to ensure code quality and compliance with standards.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive environment with other developers and stakeholders.
  • Participate in static code analysis and contribute to continuous improvement practices.
  • Work with or gain exposure to Germain monitoring tools.
  • Contribute to test automation using Selenium and Java (preferred).
  • Understand or work with DISA, Usage Pattern Tracking (UPT), and Siebel Test Automation frameworks.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in computer science and software development principles.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and basic Kubernetes (K8s) knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
